Julia & Scott, Wine Country Spring Wedding @Ponte Winery

A wedding, by today’s standards, can be one of the most overwhelming events you may ever plan in your lifetime. SO many decisions, from the style and scope of the event, to the colors, the theme, need to be made, that it often times can be really intimidating! Even the shoes are important (Julia’s butterfly shoes are definitely a highlight of the day!).

Julia & Scotts wedding was absolutely styled to perfection! The event was held at Ponte Inn & Winery, and is one of my all-time favorite venues. Designed and coordinated by Michaela at http://www.compassdesignevents.com , with the florals done by Lisa at Tre Fiori Floral Studio ( I LOVE the geometric hanging floral design over the dance floor!). All the vendors worked together seamlessly, to create a perfectly smooth and well thought out timeline- that allowed for a truly spectacular day!!! Enjoy all the images- I think its pretty easy to see what an amazing and fun day everyone had- especially the bride and groom!

Additional note- Hiring a GREAT band is a surefire way to make sure your guests (and yourselves!) have the time of their lives! We felt like we were at our own private concert!! Enjoy, and

Joie de vivre!

I think I might get banned for posting the “pre-wedding vows” in public- but lets just say everyone was dying of inappropriate laughter.
Helping his new son get dressed.
Im not crying, youre crying!
This was a first for me! a Chambong! These girls were definitely ready to party.
I just cannot get over this girls unreal naturally red hair. She was such a stunning bride!!
A “first look” in the barrel room.
umm hello magazine perfection, right??

Julia wanted to have a “first look” with her son- and it was the sweetest!!
When the bridesmaids hair gets stuck in the brides hair clip- lol!!! A picture must be taken. Its in the rulebook.
Those hanging florals- wow!!!
Husband and wife!!
I wonder if I will ever get tired of the #undertheveil shots. I’m thinking not?
Julia loved the architecture and cactus of Ponte inn , so we made sure to stop by during cocktail hour!

A surprise choreographed first dance complete with a lift and a glitter throw? Sign me up!
Note to everyone- I cry during every daddy daughter dance. EVERY. ONE.
It doesn’t look like they are having any fun. At. All. amiright?
im not sure why I love that blurry hand so much! I think it just helps to show what an insane party it was!
When the band calls you onstage for the last dance and serenades you… #weddinggoals

Congratulations to Scott and Julia Hevle! I hope your wedding was everything you hoped for and more- and that your life continues to be one of dedication to each other and your family, and joy and happiness! Chris and I were honored to be such an integral part of your wedding! I can’t wait to get started on the film! <3
