HERE WE GO AGAIN… How is it already almost FALL??? And as always, I am so excited to see all of your amazing families and kids this year, and see how much they have grown!!!
For all my amazing returning clients and families, the schedule and process for this years sessions are mostly the same, with a couple minor changes.
Here are a few important notes and reminders!
#1) In case you didn’t know already, my family and I moved to TEXAS in Spring of 2021!!! I have weddings and other commitments still in Ca, and I am trying to visit as often as I feasibly can! This year I do have less visits back to Ca, as my schedule out here is starting to get busier. I REALLY hope to see as many of you as I can though, and will squeeze in dates and times whenever possible. If these dates completely book up, I am considering adding some DAYTIME STUDIO sessions when the midday lighting isn’t ideal, as well as ADDING ONE MORE TRIP IN LATE NOVEMBER.
As of right now, I have one trip in Sept, one quick one in Oct, and one longer one in November. ALL of these are for weddings I have booked, so there is always a PM session option the day I fly in, and then morning options after, as the afternoons are booked with the weddings. Mini sessions are quick, but I really can get a lot done on them! I have already chosen most of the locations for my mini session dates this year- with a few exceptions. There are a couple of dates I will allow you to choose the location if you are the first to book!
For new clients, here is a basic run-down of how it works! A mini session is 20 minutes, and includes your favorite 5 digital images, with the option of adding more. The cost is $195. You can find the specific details on my website! All of my available slots will be booked on a first come first serve basis, at the following booking link! If a date fills up, I might be able to add in extra time slots on several of these dates, but not all of them. I would definitely not wait to reserve a slot- as I have even LESS availability this year. But hey, feel free to come and visit me in TEXAS and I have way more options for dates! A basic synopsis of the dates and locations chosen are listed at the bottom of this post! But here is the booking link!

Dates, times, and locations will be listed on the link. Some are TBD but will be updated as the first person to book picks their location choice. You are asked to pay in advance, agree to the portrait contract, and fill out a simple questionnaire of your goals- all of which simplify the day of the shoot, since everything has already been taken care of!
As always, during the Fall holiday season, I book sessions back to back. Please read the stipulations in the contract to understand the canceling/rescheduling process. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! If you show up late, that is less time for your session. As the schedule starts to fill up, I might add extra time slots. The slots listed currently are the earliest in the morning and the latest before sunset, which are the best times for good light! Also keep in mind, since I am now out of state, rescheduling is near impossible- if due to bad weather the session gets canceled, it is most likely that you would be refunded- as rescheduling options are extremely limited (but I will be coming back in springtime as well, as an option!). We will cross that bridge when we get there if needed- fingers crossed we have all awesome weather! It is California, right?
The gallery with your proofs will be available no later than 3 weeks after your session. Your session fee includes your favorite 5 images as high res digital downloads. If you wish to keep more than five, you can upgrade to include the entire gallery for $75. Please contact me if you have any questions!!
Final disclaimer- I LOVE my job and I LOVE LOVE my clients. But this season can be very hectic and stressful- so please be patient with me if I make a mistake or screw something up, lol. Im not perfect and it happens. I PROMISE to show up and shoot with 110% of my heart and effort, which is one of the reasons why I am changing things up a bit this year. I don’t want to be frazzled and overbooked and stressed out. I want to enjoy each and every session with my amazing clients! I cant wait to see you all!! Contact me with questions!!
